ABC Teachers are seeking an early year’s teaching assistant to work within a Primary School in the Stafford area starting as soon as possible. This would be on a fulltime or part time basis and the hours would be 8:30-3:30.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The role itself:
You will be working alongside others providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for young children while ensuring they are safe and nurtured. You will be setting up and running nursery sessions, planning, and supervising activities, engaging in play, and promoting and supporting the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace along with many other responsibilities. This nursery is looking for someone to remain patient, caring and hold a calm nature.

To be considered for the role of EYFS Primary Teaching Assistant - Stafford you will:
* You must have: Effective behaviour management skills Strong adaptability A strong imagination and sense of responsibility A positive and enthusiastic attitude Great communication skills to be able to cater to the specific child and communicate. A strong passion for learning and showing creativity and helping others. Patience, Resilience and Reliability Strong interpersonal skills to cater to the specific needs of the pupil. Must Be able to provide 2 solid references covering years’ experience. Must hold a qualification relevant to the role itself such as Level 2 or 3 for an assistant or a valid PCGE or QTS for a teacher. Must Hold a DBS registered on the update service or must be able to arrange one. Must have previous experience working within a nursery or have experience working with early years or in a similar environment.
