Well, if they couldn’t get to a gym they would wither and die. Our Studio & Operations teams are just obsessed with creating amazing in-club fitness experiences. From managing our epic class timetables and incredible instructors, to keeping every inch of our clubs fully-stocked and fresh, they’re the best kind of snobs to have around. Because it’s their ridiculously high standards that make members keep coming back, working hard and feeling pumped. So, what will you be getting up to as Studio & Ops Manager? Well, you’ll: • Manage and run club timetables and studio hire in all their budget-balancing beauty • Keep our amazing instructors happy, kitted out and most importantly – paid • Get bitten by the Gymbox class bug – helping develop, promote and review them all • Train everyone else around you to bang on about classes the best way we can • Be an all-star ambassador, living and breathing all things Gymbox. What we’re after Great communication skills, self-starting mindset, being up for a challenge and having a positive attitude are absolute musts. Ideally you’d have a background in fitness or sport as you’ll be managing a team of the best instructors in London and knowledge of the industry will give you that edge.
