Job summary This role involves leading the Voluntary Services within this busy Acute NHS Trust where we put patients first. We are looking for an experienced Volunteer professional with a passion for leading, developing and delivering a high-quality volunteering experience. You will manage and lead a team of volunteer service coordinators who currently support over 500 active volunteers across three sites. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a volunteering strategy in line with Trust expectations and values which reflects national and local community needs; be experienced in creating innovative services to improve patient outcomes; be able to develop measurement and evaluation tools that detail impact of volunteering to service users and key stakeholders. Effective project management skills are essential as we seek to improve and develop our volunteer service.
