Are you a master multitasker who can juggle multiple projects while keeping a smile on your face? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Project Manager at CrowdComms who can spin lots of plates and ensure our clients' events run like clockwork!
As part of our dynamic team of Project Managers, you'll report to the Support Manager and be responsible for supporting our clients from start to finish. You'll guide them through everything from registration build to live event production, email campaigns, and even submitting apps to the App Store and Google Play.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Being the go-to person for clients, ensuring they’re supported in line with our Full Build Service Level Agreement.
2. Providing expert advice on best practices and managing client demands and expectations regarding deadlines and technical functionality.
3. Overseeing the build of event platforms from concept to completion, making sure it’s a smooth ride to a successful event!
4. Handling native app submissions to both App Store and Google Play (because you know your way around tech!).
5. Fully building out client registration requirements – no detail too small!
6. Organising speaker briefings and answering those last-minute live stream queries like a pro.
7. Supporting our streaming technicians to ensure flawless execution of live events.
8. Raising potential issues to the Support Team Manager before they become real problems!
9. Occasionally supporting live events onsite, so you must be up for a road trip or two!
What We’re Looking For:
1. Event industry experience? Check! You know the ins and outs of client support in this space.
2. Content management systems expertise? Ideally, you’ve got some event-related experience up your sleeve.
3. You’ve got experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of CSS and HTML is a big plus! (But don’t worry, we won’t expect you to build websites from scratch.)
5. You’ve got an eagle eye for attention to detail – nothing slips past you.
6. You know how to manage projects like a boss!
The Details:
1. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
2. Location: Hybrid – home-based with commutable distance to Blandford Forum, Dorset.
3. Travel: Occasional travel to support live events onsite – driving license & passport required
