We are looking for a Systems Support Coordinator to be based at our site in Grange Park (NN4 5FB). This role involves 3 days working remotely (subject to business requirements).
As a Systems Support Coordinator, you will provide support to various stakeholders on multiple systems for the Healthcare and IFF units. Update systems as required and support in data analysis.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £28,000 (depending on experience).
The working schedule is predominantly Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain data in multiple systems to ensure pricing rules, conditions, condition relations, and other data meet deadlines.
2. Own the new user set up across the different systems, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
3. Deliver training to external stakeholders on various systems and offer support as needed.
4. Identify root causes of process functionality failures and provide solutions, reporting to the System Analyst.
5. Maintain the request for service log, ensuring comments are accurate and items are closed in a timely manner.
6. Produce data analytics as requested using Excel to assess statistical reports from TMS.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience and knowledge of TMS (CarLo and Yunas – desirable)
2. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
4. Excellent Excel skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
