What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters and end to end support of the absence management process
* Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site whilst delivering the HR Strategy and the site’s people plan
* Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment)
* Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally with CIPD qualifications
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role – no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet
