What's involved with this role: Temporary Business Support Officer/Admin x 2 Job Ref: Newcastle 6121315111855 Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour PAYE Hours per week: 37 Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3-4 months City: Newcastle Part time hours available for the right candidate The purpose of the role is to carry out a range of administrative duties for the team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems. The role involves carrying out subject searches using paper files & electronic records, this will also involve the tracking and movement of casefiles as well as the copying and scanning of documents to assist the records officers Qualifications: 5 GCSE's, Grades A-C, or equivalent including English and Mathematics. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation. Good communication skills. Previous administration experience. Good people management. Good communication written and verbal. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
