Worker Type: Hybrid Worker (A mix between office and home working)
Salary: Grade C - Starting Salary is £23,500 (Level one) rising to £24,294 (Level three)
Location: Loxley House, NG2 3NG
Working Hours: 37 hours per week – Our customer service centre operates between the hours of 7am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 9-5 on Weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be asked to identify which shifts you are interested in when applying. Please see shift patterns below:
* Shift 1: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm x 2
* Shift 2: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm x 2
* Shift 3: Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Saturday or Sunday 9am – 5pm x 1

About the Role
At Nottingham City Homes our tenants and customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of creating homes and places where people want to live by managing and resolving customer complaints to a high standard and building trust along the way.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience of working in a fast moving, pressurised environment dealing with complex levels of data and conflicting priorities
2. Knowledge and experience of using contact centre technology/bespoke IT systems
3. Must demonstrate an awareness and understanding of equality issues and a commitment to the implementation of Nottingham City Council’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion strategy and objectives
4. Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively, including active listening and questioning
5. Ability to develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner
6. Ability to work effectively as part of a team
