Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? This is a full-time, temp-to-perm role, with the initial 3 months on a temporary basis before the potential to move into a permanent position.

What Will You Do?
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within a mainstream school environment. You will work closely with students in the SEND unit, assisting them with their learning, ensuring they can fully participate in lessons, and helping them develop the skills they need to thrive in school. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring students remain engaged
* Helping students with personal care or other needs as required
* Working closely with teachers and SENDCO to create and implement tailored support plans
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
