Accounts Payable Assistant - Ongoing - Penarth (Office based) - Immediate Start
The Opportunity
Yolk has partnered with a Penarth organisation to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team.
You'll be joining a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team and will be performing an essential function to ensure the organisation thrives.
This is an office-based role, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.
What the Accounts Payable Assistant will be doing
1. Reviewing expense lines to ensure compliance with company policy.
2. Expense reporting.
3. Reviewing billable expenses.
4. Accounting accurately for VAT.
5. Reconciling and resolving invoicing discrepancies and all associated revisions to previously received invoices.
What the successful Accounts Payable Assistant will bring to the team
1. Experience of Concur Expenses as a processor is preferred.
2. Good Microsoft Office skills.
3. Self-motivated and process-driven.
4. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
