The Role:
Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the RFD Beaufort Division based in Ellesmere Port.
The role leads the AP, AR and GL finance process and team, providing day to day administrative and technical supervision.
Key responsibilities for the Finance Manager role include but are not limited to:
·Owns and develops a standardised, simplified and automated process for all Survitec business functions and entities, ensuring the company complies with regulations and good financial practice. Creates a culture of continuous process improvement.
·Leads, manages and motivates the team to deliver exceptional internal customer service, meeting all KPIs and observing the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Uses performance measures to drive delivery and continuous process improvement.
·Sets challenging goals and objectives to ensure stakeholders see improvement and value for money from the services delivered.
·Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gains or maintains external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintains an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
