A technical service co-ordinator role supporting the service centre office team with technical knowledge to ensure effective planning and processing of cases. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and deputise for them in their absence.
Key responsibilities include being the first line of escalation for technical support issues, supporting the Service Delivery Manager with training and development requirements, closing jobs justifying costs incurred, and actioning and quoting for additional repairs.
