Office based role, where you can be based at either our office based in Kent (Tunbridge Wells), or Central London (Pall Mall Office). However, flexibility to travel across these locations is required, as well as occasional travel to our Head Office in Hessle (Hull, East Yorkshire). We are looking for an enthusiastic Reporting & Data Administrator to join our business at an exciting time at this growing Travel Division of two recently merged Travel management Companies (Good Travel Management and CT Travel Group) that overnight have turned into an £85m turnover company, with ambitious growth plans. The role is an exciting opportunity for anyone with a keen desire to develop and grow their data and technical abilities. Some key aspects of the role will include: Report Generation & Support: Run regular and bespoke reports from various tools, including Power BI and back-office systems, some of which will be worked in Excel using formulas and/or pre-built templates. Generate and distribute client PDF reports from Power BI. Handle report ticket queries by translating, discussing the requirements in order to take appropriate action. Run and quality check client reviews for Account Management. Raise these within the team and where possible address the discrepancies found. Advise business stakeholders on report specifications and data interpretation. Consolidated Invoices Management: Use Power BI and existing templates to create consolidated invoices for clients. Monitor and resolve errors in the consolidated invoice error log, liaising with the CST admin team for fixes or advice. Address queries from Accounts Receivable and Finance teams regarding consolidated invoices. Perform manual alterations to Power BI consolidated invoice exports as needed. Conduct data validations and fix issues for specified clients before generating invoices. Power BI & Data Management: Update and publish static Power BI tables with new client information and updates. Collaborate with the implementation team for new client reporting setups. Load new clients onto client reporting tool and request new user logins. Perform management information (MI) and hotel data checks, making necessary amendments in the back-office system. Run and send export files to partner agencies and refresh CT Insights daily. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Tasks: Perform daily data checks and add new clients to Power BI. Complete regular tasks related to data checks and normalisation. Validate airline/class combinations, airport combinations, and CO2 mileage data for accuracy. Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Address data backfill requirements for incorrect data. Conduct data normalisation checks to ensure data consistency across systems. Work on insurance-related reports for online clients with complex ticketing structures. About you Strong experience in data reporting and data administration. Experience managing and generating client-facing reports and addressing related queries, with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools for report creation and data analysis. Strong Excel skills across the full application, including the use of formulas and data visualisation. Familiarity with data validation, error checking, and troubleshooting. Excellent MS Windows computer literacy. Ability to perform detailed data analysis and suggest improvements for efficiency. Experience with data normalisation, validating data quality, and ensuring accuracy. Strong attention to detail, particularly in quality checking reports and data. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Power Apps Experience with travel industry data, particularly corporate travel Experience with travel back-office systems.
