Our Services: - ARC Day opportunities supporting autistic people to gain new skills and interests in a safe and thriving environment - Outreach Supporting autistic people within their homes and in the community to access local amenities and resources - Housing Support To support people to maintain their own tenancy and to provide care at home as required - Adult Residential To provide a home to people within a group setting while promoting life skills What Youll Do: As an Autism Practitioner, youll: - Build positive relationships with supported people and their families. - Develop and deliver personalised support plans. - Promote independence, active citizenship, and community inclusion. - Support daily living activities, from household tasks to personal care. - Be a part of someones journey toward achieving their goals and aspirations.
