Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Support Services Division, as we seek applications for a Centre Manager for our Therapy Centre.
The Clinical Support Services Division comprises of four centres: Pathology, Pharmacy, Radiology and Therapies.
We are seeking applicants who have provenexperience working at a senior level and who have implemented and led changes in a supportive and collaborative style working in partnershipwith senior colleagues.
You will be the main point of contact for all matters relating to the Therapy Centre.
Main duties of the job
The role is accountable to the CSS Divisional Director of Operations and is responsible for developing and delivering the strategy for Therapy services which integrates into the overarching Clinical Support Services Divisional Strategy.
The post holder will provide strategic leadership to the Therapy Teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of patients and referring agencies.
The post holder is responsible for providing professional and clinical leadership and for providing professional advice and recommendations to the Trust and key external agencies.

This is a pivotal role within the Division. You will join a dedicated senior team working in a rapidly moving but supportive environment. You will need to be resilient, flexible, influential and informative as well as having a 'can do' attitude.
There will be a requirement to work at both the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital sites and the Princess Royal Hospital site Telford.
There will be a requirement to participate in the Trust's Senior Manager on-call rota.

1. oMasters level education or equivalent professional qualification or experience
2. oEvidence of professional management development

3. oHCPC/GPhC registered or equivalent knowledge

4. oSignificant experience of working at a senior management or professional level (equivalent to Postgraduate Diploma) in the acute sector
