You will work closely with our businesses as a project expert and trusted advisor. We set the highest quality standards, collaborate, and work hard to support our business partners. You will be instrumental in building our team, setting the standard for how we work, and building strong customer relationships. You work within the GBS Project Services team to define and deliver the service quality, whilst also working with the business as a project thought leader, responding to their demand for project support. With a strong understanding of change management and excellent communication skills, you will work effectively with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes. Typical Accountabilities: Team leadership – provide effective leadership to a team of project directors and managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement. Business development – identify and develop new opportunities to deliver savings and successful outcomes to internal customers. Quality assurance – implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality services aligned with best practice. Customer service – build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, understanding business challenges and collaborating to develop and implement solutions, ensuring our services delight our customers. Project management – provide leadership to multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Essential requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Experience of leading dynamic teams Proven track record of managing large projects in a global organization.
