The Job Role
* The experienced proactive sales manager will drive both corporate and leisure business for the hotel.
* This role will be reporting into the Director of Sales.
* Identify opportunities for new local corporate and leisure business through research, cold calling and networking events.
* The Sales Manager will be the face of the business during client show-rounds and agency visits, as well as representing the hotel.
The Requirements
* The proactive sales manager will have previous experience and proven success in a hotel sales role.
* Solid track record of securing new business within the Leisure & corporate sectors.
* Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy.
* Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure new business at all times.
