We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to oversee new build housing projects in Perthshire for a reputable housebuilder based in Scotland.. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Resolve any on-site issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing new build housing projects.
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
