Cook in Charge needed in Llandudno
The rate is £13.05ph PAYE.
This is a temporary role for a 12-week period at a Chef de Partie level.
Responsibilities:
1. Must have Food safety level 3.
2. Allergen awareness level 2.
3. Understanding of the principles of HACCP.
4. 5 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
