Main Tasks and responsibilities
1. Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
2. Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
3. Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
4. Ordering and inventory
Supporting other Crew Members /Leaders with:
5. Helping guests and creating positive experiences
6. Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
7. Manage all bills and payments correctly
8. Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
9. Training team for their development

Useful Experience
14. Experience within the service industry
15. Management experience with leading the team
16. Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
17. Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is a plus
18. Personal experience of travel and travel industry
