What you’ll do Being a Data Science Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll be: Responsible for collecting, cleaning, modelling, analyzing and reporting data from various sources, as well as creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate your findings. Additionally you will be Performing exploratory and descriptive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and anomalies Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive and prescriptive models and test hypotheses Use feature engineering to create new data points that leverage the data to the best of our ability Communicating data findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders using clear and concise language and storytelling Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Proven experience working in a marketing/ consumer/data science analytics role Educated to degree standard in a statistics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering or similar discipline or equivalent experience Strong programming skills in PySpark, SQL, Python, R, or SAS with the ability to write production level code Experience with Microsoft Azure including Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory Experience with most standard python libraries used in Machine Learning (e.g. Sci-Kit Learn, Pandas, Numpy, XGBoost, TensorFlow etc) Strong understanding of a range of statistical models and machine learning methods including supervised/unsupervised and reinforcement learning. Skilled in working with large and complex datasets with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio A team player, eager to learn, engage and collaborate with stakeholders Bags of initiative and drive Location: Hybrid – must be able to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
