Rikama Education are looking for a committed English Teacher to join our new independent SEN school, supporting young people with an Autism or Mental Health diagnosis. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan at Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 or Post 16 according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide an individualised approach to enable each child to access the curriculum at their level/stage of development.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to engage students, inspiring them with a desire to learn.
