Job Description
* Agree sourcing strategies for each role approved
* Create an advert and publish on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Smart Recruiter
* Proactively target passive candidates using linkedin recruiter
* Via our ATS, Manage the application process ensuing hiring managers are being presented with strong candidates in a timely manner
* Booking and managing the interview process ensuring the selection process is appropriate for the role
* Build relationships with Senior Management team to provide recruitment solutions to scalable recruitment requirements
* Providing support and guidance to the wider HR team
Qualifications
* Proven experience of successfully attracting passive candidates
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience of managing multiple role profiles at any one time
* High sense of urgency
* Team player
* Fluency in English is essential; any additional languages are welcomed
