Reception Teacher – Maternity Cover (Starting July 2025)
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for a rewarding maternity cover role? Humly is seeking an enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school from July 2025. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
* Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages early learning and personal development.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualised support to meet different learning needs.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through interactive activities and hands-on experiences.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour management, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* A creative, adaptable, and inspiring approach to teaching, with a passion for early childhood development.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
