Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship winning team in the role of EPM and Allocations Coordinator, for our Heritage programme. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating parts supply for our non-current cars, ensuring that all parts provided are to the correct specification and quality.
Reporting to the Parts Management Team Manager, the role will manage, allocate and define all on/off car parts for Heritage builds and events. Utilising the company ERP systems, the successful applicant will report on operational priorities, car build status and part delivery, maintain stock values/part demand so that builds/events are supported and build specification adhered to. Post event, they will create the required reports to identify the servicing requirements for each car.
To be considered for this role, we require the following skills and experience:
* Proven parts control experience within a similar environment
* ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred)
* A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and tight deadlines
* An excellent verbal and written communicator, being able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the technical, operational and heritage team
