Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
Position: Technical Compliance Manager
Region: Midlands / South
Salary: up to £46,000 + Company Van or Car Allowance (£6,600 p/a)
The role:
We are seeking Fire Stopping Site Managers / Technical Compliance Managers to join our team. This site-based role involves managing 3 teams of 2 Fire Stoppers each.
As a Technical Compliance Manager – Site Manager, you will oversee fire protection works across various occupied buildings, including social housing, schools, colleges, universities, offices, and healthcare trusts.
You will manage daily site operations, plan materials, hold progress meetings, conduct inspections (including destructive testing), and ensure project targets are met while maintaining accurate work records in line with project specifications.
Successful candidates will have relevant experience, hold SMSTS / SSSTS certifications, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
This role suits experienced fire protection professionals capable of managing teams, understanding project economics, and ensuring technical compliance with industry standards.
