We’re seeking motivated Team Leaders and Field Sales Representatives to join our team covering Tipperary and the surrounding Midlands areas in Ireland. If you're passionate about sales and ready to travel across the Midlands as per the assigned routes, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Role: Field Sales Representatives (Door-to-Door Sales)
Location: Tipperary and Surrounding Midlands Areas
What We Offer:
* Competitive Hourly Pay: €14
* Daily Subsistence: €15 (days worked)
* Full-Time Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 am to 8 pm

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Build rapport and understand customer needs through active listening.
* Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services, and confidently explain how they can meet the unique needs of each customer.
* Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting key benefits and addressing any customer questions or concerns.
* Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and offering additional products or services where appropriate.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, leads, and customer details to ensure smooth follow-up and service.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customers have all the information they need and addressing any issues promptly.
Team Leader Specific Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in door-to-door sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, driving them to achieve business objectives.
* Sales Techniques: Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer engagement, and field operations.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, crucial for team leadership and customer interactions.
* Results-Oriented: Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
* Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Education: Leaving Cert or equivalent is required; additional education in business or sales is a plus.
