Training & Competency Supervisor
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)

Role Overview: They are looking to hire a Training & Competency Supervisor to support continued business growth. This is a classic T&C role, focusing on supporting the development of the financial planning team and implementing the Training & Competency framework. You will conduct onboarding and sign-off of new financial planners as well as ongoing supervision to ensure competencies are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the development of the financial planning team.
2. Implement the Training & Competency framework.
3. Conduct onboarding and sign-off of new financial planners.
4. Provide ongoing supervision to maintain competencies.
Qualifications: You should have experience in Training & Competency within a wealth management environment and be qualified to at least CII/RQF Level 4. A strong technical understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting the wealth management sector is also required.
