As a Regional Clinical Advisor, you will provide clinical expertise, leading on implementation pathways improving clinical outcomes in line with Best Practice, increase usage of products and providing training support to customers on wound and compression products. This role will be covering the West region; The Black Country, Birmingham and Solihull, Hereford and Worcester, Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent, Shropshire Telford and Wrekin, Betsi Cadwaladr (North Wales), with occasional travel to Cheshire and Merseyside, Lancashire and South Cumbria, Isle of Man.
Key responsibilities:
* Strengthen clinician-to-clinician interaction to drive regional objectives.
* Using own clinical experience to support current NHS agenda, clinical evidence, and knowledge of underlying pathology to support product choice and usage.
* Influence clinical decision-makers during formulary review.
* Support new and existing product evaluations in a clinical capacity.
* Update/upskills regional or national colleagues on products, competitors, theatre area, and market sector as required.
* Collaborating with colleagues to support and deliver value propositions.
* Working collaboratively with sales and marketing colleagues to develop and execute clinical support plans and increase wider portfolio usage with clinicians.
To be considered for the role you must closely match the following criteria:
* Relevant clinical qualification and experience (i.e. nurse, podiatrist).
* Passion for and experience in wound care and compression therapy.
* Worked commercially, having a good understanding of sales processes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Good planning and organisational skills.
* Full valid driving licence.
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
