In April 2025, Camberwell Park will become a part of the Prospere Learning Trust.
The trust encompasses five special schools that provide excellent education for pupils aged 3 to 19 across Greater Manchester, all with Outstanding Ofsted ratings. Additionally, the trust includes four mainstream high schools, each holding a Good Ofsted rating.

About The Candidate
Following the February 2024 Ofsted inspection, Camberwell Park is embarking on an exciting journey of rapid improvement. Under the guidance of our newly appointed Head of School, our highly committed leadership team is driving the school forward with vigour.
We are eager to further strengthen both our leadership team and the teaching team by welcoming an outstanding teaching practitioner as an assistant headteacher, who is dedicated to delivering high-quality education and ensuring our pupils achieve their best possible outcomes.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
* Possess a robust and practical knowledge of diverse teaching strategies tailored for pupils with SEND
* Fully understand the National Curriculum and be able to adapt it for SEND pupils
* Exhibit outstanding classroom practice in the primary phase, showcasing creativity, initiative, and excellent organizational skills
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development
* Utilise rigorous assessment systems and use data effectively to enhance pupil progress and uphold the highest standards
* Have the expertise and motivation to lead a subject throughout the school
* Work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team
* Commit to supporting the wider aspects of school life
* Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
