Actual Gross £17,954 - £18,520

We require a dedicated professional to join our enthusiastic Achievement Support and Teaching Assistant team supporting children with SEND. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils in their learning and emotional development.
The successful candidate will be able to inspire, motivate and engage children in the learning process. They will have high expectations of behaviour and model good behaviour. They must be committed to work as part of a team and be willing to participate fully in ensuring inclusion of all children.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
• Is kind, caring, energetic and enthusiastic
• Is well organised, flexible and creative
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working within a supportive team
• Is able to positively promote inclusion and have high expectation for all children
• Is confident working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils with who need extra support to access and enjoy learning at their level.
