The Role:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will:
* Identify and target new business opportunities within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and other relevant industries.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Present and promote Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) as innovative solutions to improve efficiency and optimise workflows.
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing deals and after-sales support.
* Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure customised solutions meet client requirements.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
About You:
The Sales Account Manager will have:
* Proven experience in a sales/account management role, ideally within the automation, logistics, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Strong knowledge or familiarity with ASRS, material handling equipment, or related technologies (preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* A results-driven mindset, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the West Midlands.
