Customer Service Adviser
Salary from £23,000 per annum (full time equivalent)
From 22.5 to 37.5 hours per week (between Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm)
Location: Carlisle Agency Office at Warwick Bridge

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Carlisle Agency.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and keeping our customers happy. Providing excellent administrative support, you'll handle various enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin, all with a "can-do" attitude. You will receive full training and become part of a friendly, supportive team that has a strong customer-focus.
About you
Key skills required:
1. People who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
2. A confident and effective communicator, whether face-to-face, over the phone or in writing.
3. A proficient IT user.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. A problem solver with a positive approach, who enjoys working as part of a team.
6. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
7. Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
8. The ability and desire to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.
