We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategic Performance Consultant to join our team on a full-time 12 month fixed-term hybrid working contract, travel to sites such as Darlington and London will be required. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Railpen achieves its strategic goals and priorities by developing and implementing key performance metrics and success measures. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. The Person The successful candidate will have demonstrable expertise in strategic objective setting and metrics development and have effective influencing, interpersonal and facilitation skills that engage and align senior leaders. It is essential that you have proven analytical expertise, and proficiency with data visualisation, statistical and reporting tools that enables you to shape outputs and distil meaningful insights that are tailored to their audience. You will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to translate strategic objectives into measurable outcomes whilst working with senior leaders to ensure they remain aligned with evolving organisational goals.
