About the Role
We’re seeking a personable and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy taking ownership of clear tasks and responsibilities, this role is perfect for you. As part of our Recruitment team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the recruitment journey.
From processing applications and handling candidate queries to advertising vacancies and organizing interviews, your work will make a real impact. Your contributions will support the recruitment process through accurate data recording and maintaining exceptional standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver highly accurate and well-presented recruitment administration duties.
2. Provide recruitment administration support, collaborating with Recruitment Partners and stakeholders across the business.
3. Engage with our hired talent to support their onboarding journey.
4. Process candidate pipelines through our ATS, enabling Recruitment Partners to connect with top talent quickly.
5. Handle and process sensitive information confidentially, ensuring recruitment successes are meticulously recorded and tracked.
6. Manage high volumes of administrative work while delivering excellent customer and candidate service in a fast-paced environment.
7. Effectively prioritize competing tasks and handle multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously.
Highly Desirable Criteria
1. Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, with experience in recruitment or resourcing activities. Familiarity with Team Tailor ATS is a bonus.
2. Proven experience in process-driven environments with a strong focus on administrative accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Background in administration and customer service, demonstrating an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and Word.
6. Experience in dealing with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
7. Confidence and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
