£28,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Hybrid working based from our Coventry Head Office.
For the first 4 weeks you will be expected to come into the office Monday to Friday. This will then drop down to 2-3 days a week.

We are currently looking for two Admissions Compliance Officers to join our Admissions team at our Coventry Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality and compliance within our admissions and student recruitment processes.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Conduct routine, ad-hoc, and ongoing audits to uphold quality and compliance standards
* Investigate highlighted quality or compliance issues impacting admissions activities or decisions
* Provide detailed reports and outcomes of audit and compliance activities to stakeholders
* Ensure departmental compliance with university processes and policies
* Support the onboarding and integration of new Admissions Officers into the team
* Assist in launching new programmes while ensuring system compliance and addressing operational needs
* Maintain and enhance the accuracy and quality of data within admissions

About You:
We are looking for someone with attention to detail with strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be confident building relationships, prioritising work effectively, and maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and investigative research
* Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills, flexibility, and attention to detail
* Experience with university systems, Microsoft packages, and providing constructive feedback
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
* Familiarity with academic standards, regulations, and admissions processes in the HE sector
* Understanding of data quality best practices and related university activities
