The Role
Have you worked in a residential setting with children between the ages of 7-17? Do you possess the skills to promote positive behaviour and create a supportive environment for growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care and support to children and young people with Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. Working within our 3-bed Children's home, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being, safety, and development of the young people under your care.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Enable children/young people to establish their identity within their home environment.
2. Ensure the wishes and feelings of children/young people are considered in all aspects of their care.
3. Support children/young people in maintaining meaningful relationships.
4. Provide opportunities for education, development, and enrichment.
5. Promote the health and well-being of each child/young person.
6. Work in partnership with parents, carers, and other professionals.
