Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-respected Local Authority who are recruiting for a Temporary Business Support Assistant to join their busy team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will have previous experience working within administration.
Responsibilities
* Undertake reception duties including meeting and greeting visitors
* Provide guidance and advice to customers and business partners
* Create and manage information relating to finance, staffing, and customers
* Develop basic systems and processes to meet operational needs
* Organise meetings and events
Skills & Experience
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Previous experience in an administration role
* Proficient use in software packages including Microsoft Office and Excel
* Literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* Experience working within the public sector is desired
