This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join a dynamic team in Keele University’s Global Student Recruitment and Admissions Directorate. The Directorate is responsible for the university’s admissions, recruitment and applicant marketing operations.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of prospective students to Keele University. They will develop innovative communication and conversion strategies and campaigns with the aim of increasing firm acceptances. As the leader of the Communications and Conversion Team, the post holder will oversee the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, liaising with internal and external partners, using data-driven insights to personalise communications and ensure a seamless applicant conversion journey.
You will have significant experience in roles related to applicant or student communications within a university or educational context, with a thorough professional understanding of communications management, customer relationship management, campaign development and implementation, evaluation and adjustment to maximise ROI, and managing or motivating staff or individuals. The role requires excellent copywriting, editing, and project management skills.
