Job Details: Job Summary: Acting as the technical subject matter expert and focal point for all NICEIC certifications produced by the field services and installation departments. To check and verify a selection of certificates to ensure they are completed to the correct standards. To liaise with teams to carry out audits of work and provide coaching for or alongside the relevant team leader. To keep up to date on all technical matters, testing practices/new equipment that could improve our ability to meet our contractual obligations. Identify with the relevant team leaders/managers all required tooling and testing equipment to ensure our contractual obligations are met. NICEIC software user support, whereby the appointed Electrical Team Leader point of contact and administrator is unavailable. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure NICEIC documentation is checked and adheres to current regulations. Support NICEIC assessments and audits of the business Technical subject matter expert for all electrical issues Acts as technical liaison between field services and all other relevant departments regarding electrical testing Provide technical support to all electrical engineers Produce work instructions, field service bulletins and toolbox talks essential to the business Ensure the Field Services Managers and Team Leaders are advised of any new test equipment/tools. Ensure that all Field Engineer documentation is up to date and in line with most recent issues both electronic and paper-based. To continually develop systems and processes that improve the reliability and maintainability of assets. Ensure standards of quality as defined by the customer are achieved or exceeded and company quality standards are maintained or exceeded as well as compliance with all statutory, Customer, and Company Health and Safety Systems/acts Comply with Cubic’s Quality Management System Comply with Cubic Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures Comply with security by established policies and procedures of the organizations In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them. Minimum Job Requirements: Skills knowledge and experience: Essential: NICEIC Registered Qualified Supervisor Fully Qualified Electrical tester BSC Certificate in Risk Assessment Proven experience in producing and carrying out site and personnel audits Experience with Office Suite packages i.e. word/excel Passionate about Customer Services, with the ability to understand the importance of meeting targets and maintaining good customer & employee relations Lateral thinking skills combined with the ability to apply a range of creative problem-solving techniques.
