By being able to detect suspicious activity in real-time, along with swift integrations (able to integrate in just 1 week vs the industry standard of 2-4 months), they are proving among their BFSI and Fintech customers to massively reduce costs and mitigate risks. With enormous growth through Founder-led sales, success through a new Head of Sales and an SDR team, it’s now time to grow the team with 2 London-based Account Executives to further their international expansion. Serving global enterprises in the BFSI and Fintech space. Joining a team of A players. Walking into a qualified pipeline - you will also have SDR support to help with lead generation. Solid pipeline conversion, where this is an industry-leading solution. Working directly with the Head of Sales to develop the sales function into a system for success. £80k - £90k base x 2 OTE stock options. The Role: Closing 5-6 figures deals with Fintechs, banks, challenger banks and other financial institutions across Europe and the Middle East. Prospecting activities to build the pipeline via outbound including market research, mapping, phone calls, LinkedIn, emails and worldwide events. This will also involve strategising and working in tandem with current SDRs. Running the full sales process from discovery to demo to close using a known sales framework such as MEDDPICC or Challenger. This will include in-person and on-site meetings - there is an expectation to go and meet potential customers in person. Consistently hitting and achieving targets set by the company - targets are achievable, and exceeding targets is highly incentivised. Close working with the wider team to contribute insights that will continue building on the success of the GTM function. Keeping up-to-date records in the CRM and accurate reporting are important to the client so they can get the insight required to further develop the sales function. This will also help with accurate forecasting and developing an understanding of where new resources should be deployed. Requirements: At least 4 years experience selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders with a 5-6 figure ACV ARR. Huge weighting towards those who have sold compliance solutions into financial services. Worked in a role where you have been responsible for your own outbound prospecting - you will have SDRs and marketing support, but there will be a need to do your own prospecting, especially for enterprise-level clients. Entrepreneurial mindset and proven track record in an early-stage start-up. You will need to lead deals from the front and bring in the relevant internal teams where necessary. Good written and verbal communication is essential. You will be liaising with top executives. Are professionally trained in known sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC. Extremely driven and money-motivated, this is the mindset of the whole team and a core part of the company culture.
