Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on account activity and progress. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Proven experience in an Account Management or similar client-facing role. Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
