The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of the Global Marketing team shaping and sharing the global voice of Phagenesis with stakeholders, partners and the larger stroke and dysphagia communities.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute all event logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and industry events. Serve as the primary liaison with event organizers and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
* Partner with Sales Operations to upload, triage, and manage leads post-event, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation for sales team follow-up.
* Plan and execute virtual events and email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, scheduling, deployment, and reporting for both event-related and broader marketing initiatives (e.g., lead nurturing, newsletters, promotional emails).
* Track and analyze event and marketing campaign performance, maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting on lead generation, engagement, and revenue impact.
* Partner with external agency to develop content and strategies for social media platforms.
* Act as project manager for marketing materials development and updates, including video, print, and email assets.
* Maintain Marketing program and event calendar and related planning decks.
* Represent Phagenesis at internal and customer-facing events, both virtual and in-person.
* 2-5 years of relevant experience, including professional roles or significant event organization and communications experience in a university setting.
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
* Proven hands-on experience in event logistics, email marketing execution, and lead management.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) preferred.
German language skills a plus, but not required.
