Administrative Assistant, Compensation and Benefits
DSV is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant, Compensation and Benefits based at our Wythenshawe Manchester site.
This role is a Permanent, full-time position with working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This exciting role will be an integral part of the HR Team, providing a full HR administration service to ensure the efficient day-to-day running and recording of all compensation and benefits data. You will work closely with and support the Development and Reward Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects.
Responsibilities include escalating matters to the relevant person - Development and Reward Manager, HR Specialists or Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Tasks
* Recording, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of all Company benefits.
* Supporting with the Death in Service process.
* Preparing internal communication materials on Compensation and Benefits changes, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
* Leading on administration for annual cycle events such as Christmas Vouchers.
* Supporting the HR team with ad hoc requests (i.e. Ordering of flowers, stationery).
Skills and Competencies
* High accuracy skills; attention to detail is a must.
* Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
* Ability to show compassion.
* Work on own initiative, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
* Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Confident in communicating at all levels.
* Previous experience in a HR Admin role (desirable).
* Basic understanding of HR best practice and current regulations (desirable).
