Overview of the role
Are you looking to be part of a positive and collaborative sales environment, where teamwork drives success? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our existing customers to ensure they are receiving the best possible service, identifying opportunities for upselling, and booking meetings for our sales team to discuss additional products and services that can enhance their experience.
As part of our team, you’ll work closely with our Account Managers, gaining valuable industry experience and earning commission for each meeting sat! What commission you earn is entirely up to you as there is no cap!
You will be part of the Sales team, which is made up of 20 Sales professionals, all more than happy to support your growth in the role. Your main responsibility will be reaching out to existing business clients to make sure they are receiving our excellent service and booking meetings for our Account Managers to upsell our other products.

Duties and responsibilities of our Customer Development Representative:
As our Customer Development Representative you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service approach to our existing customers. You will be making warm calls and emailing our customers to book in Teams or face to face meetings for our Account Managers to discuss the products and services we supply. This role requires you to have a confident, professional communication approach to selling.
Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services to enhance their experience is a must – thinking creatively and strategically to identify new upselling opportunities. You should also be persuasive while maintaining a consultative approach to communicate the value of our offerings.
Your previous experience:
* Previous sales experience
* Proven success in a sales role
* Technology Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
