This is a Fixed Term Contract that ends December 2025 The Organisation Development Manager will support the planning, evaluation, and implementation of organisational structures to deliver the total operating model. This role involves collaboration with HR operations. Key accountabilities: Strategic Design: Assist the HR Director and Operational HR/Functional Leads with the strategic design and scenario mapping of future organisational structures. Structural Changes: Support senior HR with multiple organisational development (OD) structural and functional changes, from current to future state, exploring options and stages for transition. Review and monitor post-implementation to identify anomalies. Benchmarking: Conduct industry benchmarking of organisational structures that support similar total operating models, including competitors and the construction sectors. Change Impact Assessments: Support the completion of change impact assessments related to resourcing mapping changes. Provide analysis on headcount, costs/budget, supervisory organisations, and identify dependencies on proposed changes. Key Projects: Lead OD mapping from senior management downwards across the business in ROI and UK territories. Tool Utilisation: Ability to use organisational development tools (e.g., Workday Org Studio)Experience and Skills Experience Proven experience in organisational development and resource mapping. Experience in supporting structural and functional changes within an organisation. Familiarity with industry benchmarking and change impact assessments.Skills and Competencies Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data and provide insightful recommendations. Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with the HR team. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing organisational needs and support various HR functions. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using or organisational development tools (e.g., Workday Org Studio). Technically strong Excel userPersonal Attributes Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in planning and implementing organisational changes.
