Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide targeted support and tuition to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods as necessary Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure students' learning goals are met Required Qualifications: Hold a relevant teaching qualification Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the UK education system Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a one-on-one tutoring setting Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student learning Support throughout the entire process All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
