With projects ranging from GBP10k to GBP1.5m and an ambitious growth strategy, were looking for a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile BMS Engineer, you will work across contracted sites including PFI schools, hospitals, government estates, and MOD sites. Your day:to:day tasks will include:
x25CF; Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and commission BMS components including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
x25CF; Maintenance and Servicing: Conduct regular maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium, and Distech BMS systems.
x25CF; On:Call Support: Participate in a reactive call:out rota (with additional financial benefit).
x25CF; Client Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding BMS systems.
x25CF; Performance Optimization: Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to optimize BMS performance.
x25CF; Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals and quotes for necessary remedial or upgrade works.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
x25CF; Education: City and Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ in Electrical Engineering.
x25CF; Experience: Extensive knowledge and hands:on experience with BMS and HVAC systems.
x25CF; Technical Expertise: Proficient in Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, and Siemens controls.
x25CF; Electrical Industry Knowledge: Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
x25CF; IT and Software: Familiarity with IT networks and AutoCAD.
x25CF; Other Requirements: Full UK driving licence, fault:finding skills in electrical panels, and experience in controls.
