Key Responsibilities:
* Providing system administration and technical support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows for the companies site services department.
* Creating and managing complex workflow rules, data validation, and approval processes.
* Analysing data to provide insights into operation and productivity.
* Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party applications.
