THE ROLE For a senior Employment lawyer to join the Employment, Pensions and Immigration team which advises employers across the UK on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration law. The firm's clients are some of the UK's largest and best known employers. ABOUT YOU As an Associate 4 you will manage a mixed caseload of employment work including: Employment law advice to a wide range of clients, including unfair dismissal, disciplinary, grievances, whistle blowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay Industrial relations advice Dealing with employment tribunal claims Assist in the supervision and management of members of the team with their caseloads as appropriate Draft and prepare documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and reports Draft articles and legal updates Assist with business development initiatives including training and networking Produce monthly and ad-hoc client MI reports Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs An excellent salary and comprehensive benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate.
